Mid-July Update — Christine for Anacortes City Council, Ward 2

Where has the summer gone?

A quick update on the campaign… We have been out knocking on doors for most of July. Ward 2 is full of unique neighborhoods and neat folks. You may have seen us with Christine for Council t-shirts and buttons. A big THANK YOU to my door knocking buddies - Michele Pope, Kris Lytton, Colleen Craig, Merecede Barnes, Meredith McIlmoyle, Jennifer Wilson, Vicki Stasch, Tracy Peterson-Foy, Bonnie Bowers, Jeannette Papadakis, Desha Furin, Travis McGrath, Cora McGrath, and finally Gina Walsh. We walked the streets and had great conversations. If we missed you, do not hesitate to send an email. I would love to catch up and talk about your concerns for our city and share a bit about me.

While door knocking, we also had a series of neighborhood meet and greets. Thank you to those who hosted their friends and neighbors. The format fosters dynamic conversations, new perspectives, and a sense of community. We share a common love of our city. Oh and some delicious food, too!
